HOW TO USE:
- Prep the nail and apply your base gel, then cure.
- Apply a thin coat of a C18 shade and cure.
- Apply a second coat and, while it is still wet, hold a cat eye magnet over the nail to pull the shimmer into a line, cross, star or soft glow. Cure.
- Finish with top coat and cure.
