If items are defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrect, please notify us via telephone at 1.888.203.7606or email at email@example.com, within 3 days of shipment arrival.
If you received a broken/damaged item, please do the following steps:
Take pictures of all the damaged items
Email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Include your order number and the damaged items’ color codes and quantity
Once we receive your email, we will send you a claim receipt and look into resolving your case as soon as possible.
We determine the arrival date based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. Upon our inspection of the returned item(s), if they are found to be defective, not the item(s) you ordered, or damaged during shipment, you will receive a store credit or an exchange for a replacement item(s). We will pay for any associated shipping charges, including the return and the resend shipping fees.
Since the COVID-19 epidemic began, we cannot guarantee when the items could be restocked. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will issue you a refund for those.
Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are some occasions where we experience an inventory error. Please accept our apology for this inconvenience.

We’ll gladly send a replacement for damaged/broken/defective items.
Besides that, due to the health concern and the extra safety precautions and restrictions regarding COVID-19, we were unable to accept any returns or exchange for any reason, especially with opened & used products. We hope that you enjoy the products that you’ve ordered with great excitement.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & BUNDLES
ND Nails Supply occasionally offers promotional items, free goods or discounts with a purchase of a single item or product bundle of multiple items purchased together.
When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you purchase LDS dip powders with the promotion of buying 10 get 1 free for $16 each, the total purchased value of $160 will be subtracted from the refund.
When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed to ND Nails Supply. For instance, if you receive $90 in savings when you purchase an LED lamp and 12 dip powders together and you return either item, the amount of $90 will be subtracted from your refund.
BACK-ORDERED ITEMS POLICY
If you place an order containing the back-ordered item(s), those item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Once in stock, the item(s) will ship to you via our regular ground carrier (UPS or USPS). Please allow up to 10 business days before back-ordered item(s) become available again.
If backorders are prepaid and are not back in stock after 10 business days, we will process a refund of theback-ordered item(s).
RESTOCKING FEE POLICY
All returnable items are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned within 14 days of shipment. Refer to our Return Policy for more information about items that are non-returnable and return deadline. For example, if you return an item that costs $20, a 10% restocking fee of $20 is $2, which will be deducted from the original $20.
If you placed an order and received free shipping, but you returned an item and no longer qualify for the free shipping, you are responsible for paying the original shipping cost of $8. For example, if you return an $18 item from an order of $60 in total amount (above $50, a qualified order for free shipping), which results in a final amount of $42, your order no longer qualifies for free shipping. An $8 shipping fee of the original order placed will either be deducted from your refund or charged to your credit card. In this case, an $8 shipping fee, plus a 10% restocking fee of the $18, will be deducted from your refund. (See below for Return Requests that are subject to Restocking Fee)
Restocking fee will be applied to the following types of return request:
Buyers change mind, buyer remorse, or price difference.
Buyers return item(s) due to reason(s) other than defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item(s).
Buyers refuse delivery due to reason(s) other than damage during shipping.
Buyers return item(s) to the seller, but the returned item(s) is different from what was originally ordered by the buyers
Restocking fee will NOT be applied to the following types of return request:
Buyers receive item(s) materially different from what they ordered.
Buyers receive a delivery that has visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.
Buyers receive defective item(s).
Order(s) are returned to ND Nails Supply as undeliverable (buyers are responsible for the shipping fee of re-sending the item(s)).
